One Path Fades And Another Begins: "Further Still" closes The Diffused Thoughts Collection, not as an ending, but as a quiet step into whatever comes next. It marks the point where one path fades and another begins - perhaps in a new shape, tempo, or priority. A soft indication that the journey continues beyond this point, though with the question: how and what?

As a visual "Further Still" unfolds through shifting fragments - abstract forms drifting upward, breaking apart, and slowly reforming into something new. The visual blends a single image with evolving square patterns, revealing pieces of it over time until the full shape comes into view. Minimal, introspective, and gently unfolding, it mirrors the idea of moving forward while everything quietly rearranges itself.

A graphic-novel-inspired visual moving through uncertainty—shifting transitions, subtle effects, and distant silhouettes. Dreamlike and atmospheric, it drifts between stillness and motion, forming a quiet, cinematic, introspective journey full of possibility.

Vision 25 is another capture of this restless mind in motion. An overload of ideas. It’s not just about the music — it’s an abstract archive of my mind too, all its shapes and surreal structures quietly searching for balance. The visual reflects this inner landscape: abstract art where industrial shapes, strange architectural forms, and organic textures collide — a compact world where clarity and overload meet.

A small series of still moments unfolding in an abstract corridor of shadow and light. Inspired by graphic novel aesthetics, the video blends muted tones, subtle motion, and audio-reactive effects to mirror the mood of the track. A quiet, surreal drift through uncertainty — still, yet never static.

Motion and rhythm carry you forward, and each twist or turn affects your perception as the journey unfolds. It’s a track that moves, drifts, and evolves organically. The visual for this track is fairly minimal, featuring a small selection of transmission masts 📡 shown in my usual abstract and slightly quirky style.

A long, flowing ambient piece born from drifting, unstructured thoughts. The visual plays out like a surreal comic strip - multiple panels, with surreal scenes. Most remain still, while other panels comes to life with subtle motion that responds to the music.

Dream Changer takes place in a strange workroom where dreams are quietly adjusted and redirected. The track drifts between calm and tension — as if you are trying to get away from something, yet finding brief moments of clarity and light along the way. The visual reflects different versions of this strange workroom, scattered across the world. A dim space filled with floating CRT televisions showing fragments of dreams.

Live Performance | 25th of October 2024

This live performance as Njordlyd features a 30-minute set of six tracks, representing a musical journey from 2021 to the present. The set opens with an intro based on snippets from Circles, which transitions into the end part of the track (around 4 minutes). It continues with Dark Ride, Correlations Part 2, Correlations Part 4, Adrift, and The Least, tracing a line through recent releases. The performance concludes with "Out of Left Field", a track (unreleased) that introduces a heavier, more intense sound, offering an unexpected contrast to close the set.

The visuals accompanying the music include both previously released material and new visuals created specifically for this performance. Viewers are invited to sit back and experience a half-hour of sonic exploration and visual storytelling.
