Spören is a live collaboration between Njordlyd (Carsten Faarvang – synths & electronics) and WAAS (Hans van der Maas – accordion & electronics).

Our work circles around the idea of Time: the fast, demanding clock that pushes us forward, and the quieter inner time that philosophers call the real one. In our performances, these two notions meet through sound, improvisation, and visual animations by Njordlyd.

​Each piece is built from a shared structure, but the music remains open — shaped in the moment, different every time, yet always carrying the same atmosphere.
